Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville/Orange Park

Can’t beat the location if you’re TAD to NAS Jax. Traffic in the morning sucks but only expect ten minutes door to getting through the gate, Birmingham or Yorktown. Don’t forget your tax free forms! Free breakfast is normally very workable for a continental breakfast. Gym is great for a hotel gym. Rooms are clean, never have had an issue with them. Only complaint is back door by elevator and back parking lot sometimes doesn’t want to unlock even though you hold the key up.

Exceptional stay. The staff was genuinely friendly, the room was spotless, and the gym and complimentary breakfast were great perks. As a Hilton Honors member, I've stayed at a lot of properties; this Hampton Inn stands out. If you're in the Orange Park area, highly recommend.

Very surprised. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows are awful. The breakfast was awesome. There is wear and tear in the lobby furniture.

Overall decent week of work and resided here due to affordable cost and close proximity to my work location. The rooms were spacious and provided the normal hotel accommodations. Unfortunately my shower leaked non stop which made it hard to rest. I did put towels under it after receiving confirmation that there was no other room available to switch to and the maintenance people were unable to resolve the frequent drip at the time. I would stay here again in the future due to the location, great customer service and variety breakfast accommodations.

Easy access to the highways. Sales manager Ms. Patricia Myers, Ms. Therese catering manger, and staff did a phenomenal job in assisting me to make my daughter's wedding a memorable one. The front desk staff was accommodating as well.

Hampton Inn greatly exceeded my expectations during my stay from Saturday 1 of november to November 2 for my business trip. The staff made me feel right at home. I want to specifically recognize a black lady with long dreads at the front desk at night. I had an issue understanding what the benefits are as a diamond member. she was incredibly professional, patient, and went above and beyond to resolve quickly and seamlessly, ensuring I understand those benefits. She showed genuine empathy and strong problem-solving skills. The room was clean and but there were some black dots in the toilet, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, and the outstanding customer service is a major reason why I look forward to returning soon. Also, shout out to one of the customer reps with the Buffalo Bills key chain holder necklace and the customer clerk who checked me in.

Excellent stay. Everyone was very nice and service was great!! Very pleasant stay. Location is perfect for visiting family close by and access to restaurants and downtown is good. Definitely will be staying here regularly.

had a great stay! The rooms are clean, cozy, and the service was excellent. I saw someone mention the door slamming — the doors do close loudly, but it’s just the way they’re built, not the staff being rude..and it’s not in the housekeepers control, It didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back!
